They are prompt in response to our team’s request. Dawn and Valerie have been in touch our team recently more closely to speak on the calls to sort out issues in a more timely manner.

After Covid, we had to restart our ophthalmology practice. We originally had seven to nine in office billers , but it was hard to restart the whole group , especially as the hospitals poached our best employees. Terry’s group stepped in , and the only regret is that I should have used them earlier. What a relief for me not to worry about keeping up worth all the new rules , denials , employee problems .
